Wimbledon Inspired Strawberry and Cream Iced Coffee Recipe
How To Create a Strawberry and Cream Iced Coffee, inspired by Wimbledon!
Step 1
Start by brewing a Cafe Casa coffee bag in approximately 200ml hot water and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. Remove the bag and let the coffee cool.
*TIP* You can place it in the fridge to speed this up.
Step 2
In a blender, blend the strawberries with sugar until smooth. Then pour the blended strawberry into the bottom of a tall glass. You can then fill the glass with ice over the strawberry blend.
Step 3
Slowly pour the cooled coffee over the ice and strawberry base. Gently pour milk or cream over the top. *Optionally* you can add a swirl of whipped cream and some sliced strawberry
Step 4
Serve yourself a nice cooling drink to enjoy alongside Wimbledon

1 Cafe Casa coffee bag
100ml milk (or milk alternative)
2 teaspoons of sugar
Ice Cubes or crushed ice
Handful of fresh strawberries
Whipped cream
Optional extras:
